The City of Grand Junction is seeking a part-time/contract Compliance Officer. This individual will perform a variety of duties related to City Code Enforcement as well as investigate citizen complaints of public nuisances and quality-of-life issues, plus seek voluntary compliance or initiate abatement procedures. Successful work performance will require the use of tact, discretion, and independent judgment; knowledge of city activities; and general public and organization contact. Salary range is $17 to $22 per hour depending on experience.
