Miki was appointed in August 2021 to complete the last few months of the four-year term vacated by a former council member, then, she was appointed again in December 2021 to complete a four-year term vacated by a former council member. Her term will expire in 2024. Miki was born and raised in Grand Junction graduating from East Greene Schools. She returned to Grand Junction in October 2020 after being gone for 50 years.

Paula was elected to a four-year term on council in 2021, to serve 2022-2026. Paula graduated from Central Webster High School in Burnside, Iowa and attended AIB in Des Moines. She moved to Grand Junction in 1993 when she married her husband, Keith and works with him at his business, Hoskinson Tree Service and Backhoe.
Lora Lyons

Lora was appointed in September, 2019, to complete the last few months of a former council member's term, and then she was elected to a four-year term on council in 2021, to serve 2022-2026. Lora is a lifelong resident of Grand Junction. She has been active on the Grand Junction Library Board for ten (10) years and President of the Board for the last two (2) years. She is a member of the Grand Junction Methodist Church and is a vested member of this community.

Mark was elected to a four-year term on council in 2021, to serve 2022-2026. Mark has lived in Grand Junction his entire life. He graduated from East Greene High School, Class of 1987. He went to Waldorf College for 1 year and joined Grand Junction Fire and Rescue in 1988. He is currently the Fire Department Captain, an EMT, Firefighter 1 & Fire Instructor 1. He is employed at Greene County Ambulance & Greene County Schools as a bus driver. He is on the Greene County E911 Board & Grand Junction Board of Adjustment. He is engaged to Sara Etherton. His immediate family lives in Grand Junction and Jefferson.
